Kings at the top
Contemplate the routine of these majestic animals. Winter is only just beginning for them, and soon the snow will force them to remain in their small haven. The males will lose their antlers, and the fight against the cold will begin. A survival to which we all owe the greatest respect.

Moose in the mists of Charlevoix
Here's a short 43 seconds of total calm and peace! Filmed from my kayak just before sunrise.

Moose rutting behavior
Here's a short video of my latest moose-watching expedition in the Gaspé Peninsula. I don't claim to be a filmmaker, the sound isn't exactly perfect, but you'll get a nice glimpse behind the scenes. On two occasions, you'll see a male moose mooing, and you'll hear the females with their long, strange cries. Enjoy watching, and please share this video widely, my friends!

Moose feeding
It was a great joy to find two males feeding next to each other, here is the larger of the two. He was not at all afraid of our presence. Everything was filmed from my kayak. You can see in my stories the videos I captured with my cell phone of this magical moment.

Charlevoix woodland caribou
The woodland caribou were stocking up on food before the harsh season ahead. It was one of the greatest moments of my photography career to be able to spend so much time with this herd and show such respect. Let's protect our caribou so that these images never become archival material.

Nunavik Musk Oxen
With this short video, which I made during my last expedition to Nunavik, I want to share with you the reason for my fascination with Quebec's muskoxen. They seem to come from another era. From a glacial time when the wind was the only melody in the whole world. Observe their gaze, their gentleness. They are a group, a family, a clan. They huddle together to protect their young. They warm each other as one.

The Red-throated Diver
The Red-throated Loon (Gavia stellata), also known as the Red-throated Loon, Red-throated Loon, and in Quebec the Red-throated Loon, is a species of bird in the order Gaviiformes. It is the smallest member of the Gaviidae family; it measures 52 to 70 cm in length and its wingspan varies from 91 to 116 cm, sometimes longer. It is also the one with the most extensive distribution.

The Ruffed Grouse
The Ruffed Grouse (Bonasa umbellus) is commonly known as the partridge in North America. It is the most widespread game bird in North America. Its breeding habitat is the Canadian forests and the northern United States, including Alaska. It nests on the ground in thickets, usually near stumps or tree trunks.
